While the service we received was good we were concerned that after our kitten’s operation we were told to administer 2kg of painkiller the next morning. The kitten does not weigh 2kg and although we queried the dose we were told it was accurate. The operation was very successful and the patient is doing very well, but the attention to important detail is obviously lacking
