My appointment was 35 minutes late & was not even in the room for 5 minutes. My dog had to have a consultation before the vet would issue a repeat 6 monthly prescription which he has been on for a few years now. I was disgusted with the fee of £46, having never paid so much.

Price I was quoted in December significantly increased, felt more like a sales pitch which I really wasn’t happy with

Always friendly staff n will help with any issues , especially with my cat being very nervous making me anxious , but always helpful

We unfortunately needed to get our hamster put to sleep today. The vet was very friendly and supportive and the receptionists were also very pleasant and easy to deal with at a difficult time. God bless Mr Stripe xxx

It’s all been perfect so far.
Really appreciate staff taking the time about post op instructions and the letter handed out addressing my pet by her first name :-) I know easy to do but still a very nice touch.
Like the sms reminders on the day before appointments as well.
Also very pleasantly surprised by pricing…
