Pavel at Medivet Twickenham has been so kind helping me with my new puppy. The amount of time he has spent and patience he has shown listening and solving my concerns is so appreciated. I have not had good experiences with vets in the past finding them financially motivated and ruthless. I do not feel this is the case with Medivet Twickenham and all the staff are great.
