I was very satisfied and I wholeheartedly recommend this animal clinic from the bottom of my heart, both for myself and my pet.

The reception area felt quite small and my appointment ended up running late. There were only two chairs available, and although there was just one dog, both of its owners were seated, leaving no space for others. As a result, we had to wait outside with my cat.
This was quite stressful for him, as the noise and stimulation outside made him very anxious. Ideally, it would have been better to wait inside, but the presence of dog in such a limited space would also have made him uncomfortable. It might be worth considering how the waiting area could better accommodate the animals or more anxious pets during busy times.

Vet is extremely rude and will only see your pets as long as they get money. Doesn’t care about the animals actual welfare.

It would be very convenient to have some weekend opening hours possibly for nurse related tasks like giving injections, nail cutting etc.

The Vet.. Caterina Lima was professional and kind. Our very senior dog is more like himself again and she gave great advice.
