Friendly Called my dog by his name before we had even signed in Catted to him throughout the examination and nail clipping Gave him 2 biscuits as a reward All of us delighted with his attitude and behaviour in a fairly strange environment

I felt like this visit in particular was a bit of a joke. My dog had been limping on her foot for days and id twice noticed it give way. 10mins consult resulted in not sure what was wrong diagnosis and advised to give rest and painkillers (which I had at home)Then charged £56 for the privilege! I understand I took up the vets time but with no actual diagnosis and at max 10mins of the vets time I feel the price paid was very excessive.
