We have been with these vets for over 25 years and even with the change of ownership , the care of our dogs has always been the same .... excellent . It's a friendly vets from the moment you walk through the door and to the goodbye when you leave.

********I have emailed them before the review, guess what?? They are not interested no reply by mail or call********** Total rip off merchants, beware. Terrible service, having seen a vet on Monday evening who said she would email a script, having paid the consultation fee £51.00 been told to bring the dog back again and pay another consultation fee to get a script for six months is outrageous. The front desk team need some serious customer service training. Lucky the lovely Irish vet that was on duty jumped in and resolved the matter professionally. Because the front desk staff have been nothing more than obnoxious rude and totally inadequate full of false promises and Bull. Having spent a fortune for many years with different animals with Medi vet, I will not be going back. Beware…. They don’t care for animals just after your money.im not looking for something for nothing, I am looking for what I’ve been told and paid for.

Terrible service. I took my dog to their vets last week for some tests doing. They Charged a small fortune and now the test results have come back inconclusive due to (not being enough of the sample to test) They didn’t weigh my dog at the time of the appointment like most vets do,…..nor did they do any other health checks on the visit like listen to his heart or take his temperature. Seems like they just wanted the money and wanted us out….no care in the world for my poor dogs health. I’ll most definitely be taking him to another vets from now on, which I’m sure he will get better treatment and care!

Never go there again, I've paid them good money in past, but this time my dog was very poorly and needed a scan at thier Rotherham clinic as they were to busy they said at pontefract, so I was waiting for some money going in my bank 3 days later and asked if I could pay then, they wouldn't let me,even though my dog in pain and very poorly, anyway,I took her to another vet who I'd never been to,and they trusted me, scanned her but she was full of cancer,so had to have her put to sleep, vets are supposed to be caring, what a absolute joke ,it was much better when batrams, it's all about the money now,I paid the other vet today and for her ashes from crem as well,and left them a big tip to for how caring they were,like I said, I've paid them a lot of money in past, il never use them again
