They staff at medivet Northallerton are some of the most caring people I have m et and they always go out the way to make my dogs feel safe and loved is all I can ask for. Thank you Love From Dodger Henry and spirit and the gorouse kaiser aswell xxx

All staff and vets are pleasant, helpful and have time to listen. My dog was very nervous during his first visits but now is happy to visit due to their kindness and understanding of him. We are always made welcome on our arrival.

I feel since the practice became Medivet, it has become more impersonal but actually my most recent experience was better than previous.
I feel the practice is fading away, very stark, no vet / staff portraits up anymore, quite sad.
The practice at Thirsk is a much more vibrant and modern practice.

Took our 3 month old cat to be castrated the vet was absolutely brilliant told us what would happen and answered all our questions would definitely recommend this vets 10/10

We attended for a planned 6 monthly health check. The appointment was quickly and easily made, everyone was friendly and helpful. No problems, everything ok with good advice on dental care. Great service. Thank you.

My recent visit with Jess was very positive. Alice was so caring and understood that Jess is very timid and got down on her hands and knees to examine her. She explained what treatments were available and I left to think about them. I will highly recommend her to others.

Took my lab in for his thyroid blood test and to get repeat prescription of his meds. He's always happy to go in, the staff are always very kind. It doesn't take long to run the tests so we are able to get everything sorted on the same day. We're very happy with the care and service they provide.
