Medivet Greenwich

I am submitting an amendment to my previous review, as I wish to wholeheartedly endorse this veterinary practice. I have been a client of this establishment since 2023. While this is a high-volume and fast-paced veterinary clinic, I have consistently been accommodated for appointments. The past month presented significant challenges for one of my pets, who was diagnosed with cancer. However, she received exceptional care from Dr. Clarisse, who demonstrated remarkable compassion. Dr. Clarisse was highly informative and performed both of my cat's surgeries with outstanding skill. I am confident in her expertise. Her dedication to my pet's well-being extended beyond expectations, and for that, we are deeply grateful. We have also had positive interactions with Rok and Antonio, who are consistently excellent and knowledgeable professionals. I hold the entire team in high regard; they consistently provide the highest level of assistance. I have developed a strong working relationship with the team, and they have always been highly responsive and effective in caring for all of my cats. I am profoundly thankful for their efforts and place my complete trust in their services.

Receptionist was adamant that I couldn't get an emergency appointment for my dog. I had to press her to talk to the vet that I had seen on his own with no other customers in the practice. Straightaway he said i could bring my dog in.
Total bill was around £158. You are extremely over priced and have bad customer service. This is the second time that my dogs needed immediate treatment and were refused before I insisted.

Service here itself isn’t bad compared to other branches. I really liked the idea of a candle being lit at the reception to inform others that someone is saying their last good bye and to show respect and empathy, so it’s expected you aren’t loud or obnoxious. However when we attended to say good bye to our beloved pet, nobody really respected that someone is mourning there and neither staff or clients bothered keeping their tones down, we could literally hear every word spoken. I’d expect a bit more empathy and respect and eventually your staff to inform your clients to stop talking so loudly. If you need a vaccination for your pet, cool. If you’d like to say your last good bye in respectful and peaceful environment, then don’t bother, you’re just a credit card to them and it shows.

While my appointments are not always on time I understand why - the practice is very busy and I wish it could be expanded. However this is never at the expense of the care provided at the appointments, I really feel like the vets listen and provide really good and realistic advice. We never feel rushed and we feel like we are given options to choose from when it comes to treatment options rather than being pushed into a decision.

Greenwich Medivet are truly excellent. I can’t speak more highly of the practice. Every person that works there is compassionate and helpful! Antonio, Rok and their team - on this occasion we saw Clarisse - are our favourites.

Today we had our darling dog put to sleep. The call before to make the appointment was so sensitive and was dealt with so emphatically. Today our appointment arrived and our vet Clarisse was unbelievable. She was kind, compassionate, empathetic there was no rush completely understanding. I can’t thank her enough for the way the whole process was dealt with. I will be forever grateful to her. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Vet fantastic

I find that after leaving the practise I was charged 3 times the price for medication I could have bought in a chemist. Absolutely fuming. No point going back as like anything medical once you have left the building you cannot take back.
Shall be reporting this to the appropriate authorities
