Cannot praise this practice enough, I always have excellent treatment, especially from Simon who is extremely helpful in everything that you ask him.

I am still so annoyed with my most recent visit to this Practice that i just haven’t got the patience to type the whole sorry and long story out here. The only comment I’ll make is that if you can’t specifically see Simon or Tiago, don’t bother going.

Unless you can see Simon or maybe Tiago, don’t bother. I was totally misquoted on the price of a medication for my cats BP (1 syringe of topical Amlodip for £20 or 3 syringes for £37), I agreed to have 3 for £37 which the ‘Vet’ agreed was best as I was going away and 3 would cover me until my return. Got home to find only 1 syringe in the bag. My thinking was that they had just forgotten to put the other 2 in the bag so I gave them a call, the receptionist apologised, explained that the syringes come in packs of 3 but are priced individually at £37.67 but after speaking to someone, agreed for me to return for a refund despite me telling her I’d applied some already while my cat was accessible in her carrier. My stance was that I did not want a refund, my cat needs the meds but I wanted them to honour the price the ‘Vet’ had quoted me, I was very particular in asking prices as we went through the consult, this ‘Vet’ was very unsure of pricing and clearly wasn’t used to being asked about it. After being put through by the Receptionist to the ‘Vet’ to discuss my thoughts, she admitted her mistake saying “it says pack of 3 on the system” but refused to honour her quote, repeated a script of denial, and told me that I’d now made things difficult by using some of the product so a refund was not possible. The Receptionist was much more knowledgeable over pricing than the ‘Vet’ I saw. If this was any other decent business, they would honour the price quoted, you don’t go into a Bakers, agree to purchase a loaf of bread for the price given then expect the person serving you to take your money and lop 2/3 of the loaf off! The greedy ‘Big Six’ Veterinary Practices need to start raising their standards of employee training & customer service and stop thinking so much about how much 💰💰💰💰💰 they can squeeze out of their next client. Meanwhile, they have made their mistake become my problem. If anyone can recommend a TRULY independent small animal Vet in Coventry (no alliance whatsoever with the ‘Big Six’) that are taking on new patients please comment. 🙏 .

Took Freya for her yearly check-up & shots. The vet was very friendly and explained things clearly, she was clearly very interested in Freya’s welfare. Very happy with visit.
