It is almost impossible to put into words our gratitude for Medivet Chipstead. The way they cared for our dog Patti when she was critically ill was incredible. Even though she couldn’t be with us at home, I knew the team were caring for her and loving her as if she was their own. Ozlem and Francesco saved her life within a few hours of her arriving, and that granted us extra days with her that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. I’m not sure there is anything I could ever be more grateful for. They also not only cared for Patti but they cared for us, and showed us immense kindness. Aside from the wonderful vets, Sarah was so quick to get us in when we described Patti’s condition, and Daisy touched our hearts with how tenderly she spoke of her. I know there are so many others who cared for her who we didn’t meet or speak to directly, but thank you all. It really just feels impossible to convey how special this practice is 🙏

Excellent care from the whole team, but especially Ozlem. She was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the animals and their owners. The clinic was clean, efficient, and made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend this vet practice.

Although we were seen later than our appointment it was fully explained to us the reason why (pet emergency). Staff were friendly. Vet was fantastic.

As always the staff at Medivet Chipstead are attentive, patient, supportive and kind. Whilst our appointment was slightly delayed we don't have a problem with this. Our appointment wasn't rushed and the Vet took the time needed to deal with a somewhat stressed cat. They were able to do what was needed successfully and without stressing the owners let alone the pet! Thank you.

Our experienced veterinary team is conveniently located along Outwood Lane, neighbouring Sutton and Epsom. The practice is well equipped with two consulting rooms, an operating theatre and separate cat and dog wards.
