The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and cared very well for my dog and also cared about my own welfare during the visit to the practice

I cannot praise this veternary practice enough. We have been with them for years and Francesco and his team are the best. We have lots of animals and sometimes it seems like I spend a lot of my time there but everyone is so friendly and helpful. They alway provide the best care for all our animals and are super patient with one of our dogs who has become reactive and nervous of everyone (except Francesco). They always take whatever time is needed for each appointment, always look for the most cost effective solution and when we sadly had to say goodbye to a couple of our fur babies within 3 weeks of each, Francesco was amazing and gave the best you could ever want in a sad situation. From Sarah and Tina on reception, to all the nurses and all the people behind the scenes to Francesco and Katerina, you are all superstars!
