Miha was our vet and had been for nearly 20 years, never a mistake, always friendly and competent and extremely attentive to our dogs. I am so sad he is not working there now. I don't know what happened but he deserves the best, and if the best is outside Medivet, good for him. We wish him the very best.

This branch of Medivet has looked after all my boys, and today I took Cupid in with a limping paw. Of course, I was nervous and anxious whilst Cupid was dancing around, as he knows there are always treats at the vets and other dogs (and today cats) to meet. The vet put up patiently with him trying to give him a slobbering kiss during his examination, but he was quick, professional, and caring, so I left with the right advice and help with his medication. I cannot thank these vets enough for the help they have provided over the course of the last 15 years!

Once again Medivet Battersea has stood out, even when my two boys 50+Kg Bullies see a different vet they are treated with the same care and professionalism that we have come to expect and count on. This time it was Arrow who for me is always problematic as he is extremely nervous around other dogs. But as the practice know him well we arrange before hand to go straight into a examination room as soon as he gets in the vets. The vet showed incredible patience with Arrow even when he kept trying to hide from him as he conducted a dental check up, but Arrow finally gave up when he realised the vet was going to get the job done!.

The care and professionalism has always been outstanding at the practice. All the staff are kind, friendly and very helpful and they all obviously really care for the animals as well as their owners. All treatment is carefully explained and one never feels rushed. I could nor recommend the practice highly enough.

No acknowledgment on arrival. Waiting area was filthy. The vet was rude. The check up was not thoroughly done. Nose, ears, feet, glands not checked.
