£60 for a 5 minute assesment and the vet didn’t know how to handle my cat I had to deal with him. I would have preferred spending that £60 on animal vitamins and cat products /food instead. Money, effort getting there all really quite a waste. I’d advise if you get a pet make sure you have money because £60 is a lot of money for most people for a 5 minute assessment. please stop breeding animals.

The team are always really friendly and you get a real sense that they actually care, which is lovely - I highly recommend them! It's also usually quite easy to get an appointment which is great too :-)

Been really impressed with this vet surgery so far! All the vets and staff we have seen so far have been really kind and helpful, everything always runs on time and it’s easy to put your trust in them.

They were pretty good although my dog only went for health check, I thought they would check ears, eyes & teeth but they didn’t. Just felt down her body & listened to her heart.

Very knowledgeable and helpful, only downside for me is Woolwich branch not open on Saturday and I don't drive so difficult to get to another practice

Not happy no communication taking money with no thought. It's all about money 💰 so I'll be looking into this more I've been miss sold I'm extremely sad

Careful with animals, although my cat got a bit nervous with the dogs at the reception. Will definitely come back.
