Always feel confident that Medivet provide excellent care of my 13yr old cocker spaniel, coming up to 14 and he still behaves like an enthusiastic puppy.

Graet vets when you get to see them but 45-60 minutes waiting in reception every time for your appointment seems to be normal, whatever time of day. They don't say sorry or have the common sense to phone clients and advise really running late!

Can’t leave 0 stars took cat for a urgent check as over 24 hours cat was drooling and not eating was sold painkillers and to pay £600 for a teeth cleaning and possible removal the cat passed away within a week We were made to feel like it was our fault and that we caused the issue “This doesn’t just happen overnight” steer clear in my opinion staff uncaring and rude

Five stars all round. Very caring and knowledgeable. I’ve had four cats and two dogs registered here and have always been happy - even when your pet is at the end of their life they are caring & compassionate. They also have a wonderful scheme where you pay monthly for jabs / nail trims / check ups and reminders which is great Raul is my dogs favourite vet, he is so calming and Katrin was so caring and kind to one of my cats when he got unwell as a kitten sadly she couldn’t save him
