Delays and seems like a need to upsell all services and tests while you’re concerned about your dogs health. Gone downhill since smaller practice was taken over. Less concern over your animal and more concern over money. Was never like this. Such a shame.

Reception & vets always friendly & helpful. I have used Medi Vet Wath for 8yrs now with my Bull dog Charlie & they always do their best to accommodate 🐶

Been with Medivet/ Arncliffes more years than I care to remember. Service has always been fantastic from the staff on reception right through to the veterinary services. I had occasion this week to liaise with a new vet regarding my cats ongoing long-term treatment. The procedure and follow up has been exemplary, including a phone call to discuss my cat therapeutic levels and his optimum treatment. veterinary care nowadays is expensive, but the reassurance and continued care that my wee ageing cat receives Makes it it reassuring, open and inclusive involving me as both the joint owner if I can call myself that with a cat! and carer. I can’t recommend Wath highly enough and will continue with them for as long as able. The waiting area however is now rather soul less with little to view other than posters and food products on promotional display. Previous sales with pet products and items to purchase relieved the time whilst waiting instead of watching for a consultation room to open hoping it’s us next. Highly recommend this practice

I would like to thank the Medivet team, especially reception staff in Wath-upon-Dearne. I turned up for Ernie's appointment on the day which I thought it was booked for to find out I'd gone a day early !!! The two receptionists I dealt with were very professional and patient. The second receptionist spoke to one of the veterinary team and managed to fit Ernie in for his health check and booster. Many thanks to you all for going above and beyond, saving myself and Ernie a second trip !!!!
