MediVet Uppermill is the best vet we have ever used. You can tell that the vet Maegan truly loves animals, and she deals with our cats very well. She is also really easy to talk to and happy to answer any questions or concerns. We are also always seen on time and have never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes to be seen. The receptionists are also lovely and have been very easy for me to speak to when making appointments or ordering flea and worm treatments.

My dog is timid but is relaxed with Megan(vet) and Anne (receptionist) and can't wait to enter the practice.

Meghan was very understanding about the fact that one of our cats had gone AWOL and we couldn't get him to the appointment on time. She gave us the option of coming back with him if we could find him any time before 18.15 and we managed to do that. I have only not put 10 as a score because Vets fees are so expensive.
