I’ve been using Valley Vets for all my dogs over many years! They cared for my dogs through there lives, taking amazing care from begining to those that have gone over rainbow bridge. They cared with respect & such kindness & to me. So I didn’t hesitate to register my next dog with them (in fact checked, before I went ahead with foster & adopting!) I trust there advice!

A very good experience. The receptionists were very professional and attentive. The vet was perfect and looked after my scared cat very well. She is the loveliest person I have met in a long time. She really cared and handled my cat with care and skill.

I really like this veterinary surgery, you can really do that they care a lot about animals just generally the way they show you through their natural behaviours. My only concern is the waiting room actual size is not very big at all. Can be very tight at times which has previously caused a lot of distress. It seems like they have been making lots more effort I feel with regards to making people feel more supported etc. My little puppies operation went extremely well, so smooth and fast by the team. I really appreciate the support they gave me with him. He and his brother are best friends and it's lovely to see them so happy.

Chris has always been a fantastic vet and looks after our little dog (and us!) so well. He's knowledgeable, super helpful and reassuring and never rushes your appointment. 5 stars from us and Maisy🐶😊
