My little angel got spayed and as a very anxious cat dad the team have been incredible, reassuring me and taking nyx’s recovery very seriously as I know I can be over the top. The surgery scar is extremely neat and Tiny and she honestly hasn’t paid any notice of it. Very happy with everything

Downsides are the opaqueness of billing. I would appreciate more transparency re monthly injection rates for vets vs vet nurses, what medicines cost before they're administered etc.
Often leaving an appointment, my pet is trying to make a break for the door, actively tangling around legs and I'm trying to keep away from other pets/owners in the waiting room. I find it stressful to juggle an over-stimulated pet and handle payment - if given a number without any breakdown or transparency I struggle to question it in the rush.
In summary, I truly appreciate all the care and attention that the staff provide, they are truly excellent. Owners are very aware of the rise of costs and I wish there was more transparency or advice on how to reduce costs. It'd be really helpful if there could be a bill print-out of all charges before paying or maybe an automated emailed receipt for every appointment.
