Staff very helpful and friendly. I have 5 dogs so am a fairly frequent visitor! This time was a puppy visit. Jan, the vet was very gentle and calming to my young pup. This of course made the pups experience a good one.

Excellent vet practice highly recommend for their friendly staff, the help and guidance given to me regarding all my pets, for a healthy life style. I have three very contented Furbabies. Been with this practice for years when I lived in Rugby, I live further afield...but the journey is well worth it.

Friendly happy and caring staff. Make you feel relaxed when you are worried about your pet. Clean and pleasant waiting room. Parking off road easy to park. Very informative on everything they are doing. Very nice vets. Thank you.

This practice is the best I ever been to. They always go above and beyond for the wellbeing of animals. All the staffs (including vet) are friendly, helpful and very caring. Their prices are fair, they never push to give/buy medicines and their monthly plan covers so much and is 100% worth it! I do not live in Rugby anymore but I kept them despite the drive it takes me to go and would not change for anything. My dog always wags her tail when seeing any of their staff member, which is as we know always a good sign. Thank you to the whole team, you are AMAZING!

We have been customers of this practice for a long time and are happy with the professionalism of staff with the care of our 2 dogs. We are currently exploring the advantages of Medivet monthly package as the costs of worming and flea care have gone up over last few years.
