Beyond happy with the service. First used many years ago with our tiny miniature schnauzer puppy when she broke her leg. Used again last year when our border collie needed an operation on her knee and then again this year when she needed her other knee joint operating on. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Ben and the team at Medivet East Midlands. Even though the situation was stressful, they made it feel so much more manageable with their kindness, patience, and genuine care. They took the time to really understand what was going on and treated us (and our pet!) with so much compassion. They booked us in super quickly, were incredibly responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. You can really tell they love what they do and care deeply about the animals and families they support. Couldn’t recommend them more! ❤️

Unfortunately there are not enough stars to rate East Midlands Referrals. Graham, Stuart and the team are beyond exceptional. They treated my German Shepherd for spinal condition and hip dysplasia who unfortunately succumbed to her illness and had to be put to sleep. This was one of the most distressing days of our life and the compassion shown by Graham and his team was something that I will never forget. The whole procedure was made easy as could be by Graham explaining the procedure beforehand and putting our minds at rest. Elsa went to sleep in the most peaceful way and I can honestly say, although I cried like a baby, it was made as easy as it could be. Graham Stuart and the whole team are a credit to the Veterinary profession and all should be proud of their practice and their professionalism. I could go on and on about how highly I rate their practice. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Below is a photo of our last few minutes together.
