My mini schnauzer had a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted, and the team at Medivet—Natasha, Nicole, and Ruby—were absolutely fantastic. They were welcoming, reassuring, and incredibly gentle with our little patient (who is quite the scaredy-cat). They went the extra mile to fit us in, recommend the best option in terms of both outcome and cost, and ensure our pup was as comfortable as possible. They also provided us with all the necessary information in a very clear way, and the procedure was carried out smoothly. Honestly, I can’t recommend this vet practice more highly!

My dog Betty had a dental extraction a few weeks ago and because of her heart murmur, Nicole had to come to our house to check her BP and see if she could have the surgery. Ruby, Nicole and Natasha were so great at keeping me updated, being very sweet with Betty and helping my thank you letter to a previous vet to arrive safe. Amazing team!

All the staff at the surgery - from Natasha the vet, to Nicole the nurse & Ruby on the front desk, were very friendly & professional. My cat, Mabel, underwent dental surgery. She received excellent treatment which was explained clearly to me along with the aftercare she needed. I was very happy & would thoroughly recommend this practice.

Thanks to Natasha, Ruby and Molly for great service today and being very sweet with my dog and warm and accommodating with me. This visit really reinforced my decision to come back to Medivet after trying out the other vet nearby, where pet care was so blatantly a distant second priority behind scaremongering to make money. Highly recommend Medivet Notting Hill for the friendliest and most professional staff. My dog had a dental procedure (conducted by Vet Avneen) who supported me throughout the whole process - from diagnosis to his release. Nurse Nicole took such great care of my dog all day and updated me throughout the procedure which I really appreciated. Huge thank you to Ruby who coordinated (with a side of doggy cuddles!)

I am so pleased we found this practice. The vets handle their patients with care and gentleness putting them at ease. They provide clear explanations and options. The VCA’s and nurses are obviously crazy about animals, their welcome ensures a wag of the tail. It is a perfect combination of professionalism and compassion.

Such a lovely practice, always super friendly and helpful. My vet was Avneen and her assistant was Ruby :)
