I bought my 7 month old kitten in on Thursday 6th Nov with suspected cat flu - he hadn’t eaten for 24 hours was looking mangey and has seeping eyes plus was sneezing quite often.
Despite my appointment being at 9.15am, the vet was running at least 30 minutes late. I was prescribed 3 medications for him and advised to weigh him every 7 days to monitor his weight. I was not given any other advice with regards to him not eating and the vet didn't express much concern over this despite how emaciated my cat was looking. The consultation and medication cost a lot of money, yet I was not warned about he severity of my cat's conditon, or the threat to life. 36 hours later, my cat had a seizure at home and died.

The vet was very good with our dog and is very personable and easy to deal with.

Having had a problem booking a passport check for my dogs, it was nice to find a vet who was not only professional, good with my dogs and very reasonably priced was a great relief.

Staff and vets always have time to discuss our Labrador needs, and while she was reluctant to get out of the car she now pulls us into the surgery!
