Couldn't fault the care given from the reception staff to the vet. Always a friendly welcome. The vet was helpful and took the time to explain everything perfectly.

Professional service. Both vet and nurse explained everything clearly and showed us how to give our cat medication ourselves giving us confidence to continue the treatment at home.

Carrie was absolutely amazing with our beagle Maisie! We’ve been to vets previously who have shown no compassion to Maisie’s anxiety which has been awful. Carrie made Maisie and us both feel completely at ease- a true asset to the team! Thank you so much!!

Staff are always welcoming, friendly and kind. The vets and vet nurses are lovely, and know what they’re talking about professionally, are also friendly, and quickly put us at ease.

Medivet Heacham branch have a great team and Denise on reception is always friendly and helpful.
This was Daisy’s health check within her healthcare plan and Daisy is a very nervous dog when she visits the vets. We met Shelby for the first time who is lovely and very calming. Shelby managed to carry out the health check without Daisy being over stressed.
