Our first experience with this vet and they were great. Our cat Monty was poorly - we thought he had injured his back leg. We were offered an appointment the same day despite not being registered with them. We had 2 vets examine him - very sympathetic, thorough & reassuring. Luckily no injuries were found and he is now back to his normal self.

Absolutely dreadful service. Took blood test, I had to chase for results then there was zero aftercare or follow up. So I moved vets after just 1 visit - turns out my cat was anemic with a heart defect and fluid on the lungs. They seriously did not care enough to follow up even when I complained. Avoid this vet if you want care for your pets.

I am going to give 5 stars for the vet professionalism, kindness and patience. We were seen by vet Monika, it’s first time in a while since we have visited the clinic. The vet was absolutely incredible, did not rush us, listened to the full history and took the best course of action to treat our dog which was cost efficient. I highly recommend being seen by her in future. Regarding management, as I’ve happened to be in the clinic and overheard something which should have been rather private addressed to the vet, I would advise more courtesy and consideration. Regarding receptionist, overall good service but had to remind of the email I sent asking for support and guidance as unfortunately we’re going through a difficult time. The clinic has had work done and it looks beautiful.

The staff are helpful, they care about their clients (the animals). The practice has plans that, with a monthly deduction, help you pay for regular check ups and flea/tick mediation. They have automated systems that remind you to take your animals for regular check ups, vaccine boosters, and appointments scheduled outside of these cases.
