Lovely New Zealand/Australian vet - sorry I don't know his name but have had him before a while back. Always delightful and seems genuinely excited to see my cat! Just what you need in a vet.

Adam is the best !!! my dog is obsessed with him and she actually absolutely loves coming to the vets because of all the love and attention she gets from him !! Everyone there always have my pets best interests in mind - they are 100% trustworthy and so caring to my pets. Highly recommend !

I’m so very grateful and delighted with the incredibly skilled and thorough treatment my senior dog Plum has received with Adam Phoenix and the whole team at Medivet Dulwich . She went for a routine check up and tooth clean , but was found to be really poorly and had some serious underlying health conditions that were diagnosed and subsequently successfully treated with careful testing and monitoring over a 6 month period . She is now feeling so much better and behaving like a young girl despite her advanced age ! Thank you thank you Adam , Aimee, Jordan and Susan

Inga at East Dulwich Medivet is so kind and really loving towards my cat. When I have had to leave him in for treatment he's always really well cared for. The service is very personal and all the staff really take time with each animal. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful and I feel my cat's in very safe hands. The monthly payment scheme is great to spread the costs of the vaccinations, health checks and flea and worming treatments. When I have had to use the emergency vets at Beckenham and Camberwell they were also absolutely amazing and so patient, no matter what time of day or night. They also deal with all insurance claims quickly and painlessly. Highly recommended.

At Medivet Dulwich from Susan to nurse Jordan to Adam the vet they are very professional and welcoming the practice is very clean. One of my cats is nervous but Adam the vet gets him to be calm very quickly also one of my cats jumped out of the window and Susan the receptionist and Adam were very worried about him when he was ill when phoning asking about his health they gave back in depth advice which helped his recovery Adam is. Excellent vet very knowledgeable and friendly you can see he loves animals and is worth more than Gold he’s a blessing to the practice. From. Monica Dawkins

Adam (Vetinarian), Aimee (Vetinary Nurse) and Susan (Reception) are the dream team and I was pleased that they were able to help my elderly cat, Flower. Adam spotted a health condition that is now being treated with a breakthrough drug. Adam and Aimee worked well together to take bloods for a routine check and supported Flower compassionately whilst this was done. Susan is always helpful and is the friendly face of Dulwich Medivets. The team at Medivet Dulwich are the best. They do a wonderful job in looking after our toy poodles, Tuva and Mina who can be very anxious about going to the vet full stop! Big shout outs to Adam and Inga. We feel very well looked after, far better than previous vets we had before moving to the area.

In consultation the vet was lovely. She suggested the tests she recommended would come to £2500-£300. However the final bill was over £500.,
An itemised bill would make everything more transparent.
A printout of what had been done would help me understand my pets treatment better.

Adam was an absolutely life saver. He spotted an issue with our dog Cybil that other vets didn’t pick up and saved her. He is an amazing vet and all round great guy. Love him.
