This Practice is unbelievable. The nurses are really friendly and helpful and as for Koot and Marissa you won't find two better vets. Kind, caring and always go above and beyond, thats the reason we have stayed with them for 15 years even though we moved further afield. Rest assured your pet is in the best possible hands. Thanks to everyone at Chimes Danbury.

Professional and efficient welcome upon entering the practice. No real wait time until consultation was initiated. Diagnosis of my dog's issues were discussed and two medications recommended - dosage of antibiotic and application of ointment explained at length. Follow up appointment in a week requested which is reassuring and needed.
