Lovely friendly reception staff. Seen on time. The vet was very thorough even though my dog is a challenge to keep on the table.

Friendly and efficient - even cleaned up Min when she disgraced herself in the box as she gets a bit uptight!

10 years plus, Two Cats and One Dog and I have nothing but high praise for Lindsay and his team. Unfortunately the most recent trip, just under a week ago was to say goodbye to our dog, Alfie, who had a tumour removed in December 2024 and passed away on 30/05/25. Throughout his treatment we have had, in my opinion the best care possible from Lindsay and his whole team. They are all so caring and understanding and Lindsay is so passionate about the animals its almost as if they are all his own, amazing vets. The same goes for all our animals that have had to receive treatment form Medivet Cheshunt, whether it be from the normal yearly inoculations or to things more serious, the care has always been of the highest order. Yes we did once have an issue with a locum who had to fill in whilst the regular vets were away, but after informing Lindsay of our concerns, he was never to be seen again. So thank you so much Medivet Cheshunt for your excellent service and long may it continue. R. Page.

Took my dog Clyde to vets today.Nurses were very good and professional, and caring towards Clyde. Lindsay the vet was very caring and professional. He took time to examine Clyde and try to reassure Clyde, as unfortunately Clyde gets very anxious. Lindsay explained everything very clearly and carefully to me. Excellent care for my anxious Clyde. Thank you to all the staff at cheshunt medivet.

My review for Medivet in high street Cheshunt , will not justify just how amazing this Veterinarian clinic is, you should experience for yourself to know how truly incredible they are. Starting with Lindsey Thomas who an absolute wonder and we are so grateful for his ethical practice and kind heart. He is attentive, honest, kind, extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about each pet that he sees.My dad is an older gentleman and Lindsey takes so much time to reassure and help him. His experience shows and instills confidence! All of the staff from the minute you walk through the door at medical vet in Cheshunt, from Jenny who also shows kindness and always has time for even the smallest questions at the front desk, and the rest of the staff onwards were very helpful. Sadly we had to have one of the cats (big boy) put to sleep but this wasn't done without double checking our cats condition, his diagnosis and prognosis with an outstanding professional approach which was extremely comforting . Thank you so much for taking care of our furry family members, and their parents for that matter.

What looked like being a major stressful visit, turned out the opposite ! Our 2 x kittens first visit to vet for jabs, microchips, check up etc. They were obviously scared but stayed still during everything and even fell asleep in reception, waiting for me to fill out the forms. The whole atmosphere there is calm and Pedros was so calming for the fur babies and handled everything beautifully. Am happy now that follow up visits will be fine 😻
