Always so good with our cat. All staff friendly and respectful and make it as stress free as possible. The new cat friendly reception area is a great addition. Have been coming to this vets for decades and it's always been excellent. Medivet continue to keep the good name and service we've come to expect.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Care for Our Dog Charlie – Highly Recommend! We can’t thank the team at Medivet Chelmsford enough for the amazing care they gave our dog, Charlie. He developed a very swollen paw, which was suspected to be caused by a grass seed, and it quickly turned into a nasty infection. We were understandably worried, but the team saw us so quickly and treated Charlie with such compassion and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, reassuring, and thorough. The vets and nurses explained everything clearly and made sure Charlie was as comfortable as possible throughout. The level of care he received was outstanding — it was clear how much they genuinely care about the animals they treat. Charlie is now on the mend thanks to them, and we’re beyond grateful. We highly recommend Medivet Chelmsford to any pet owner looking for trusted, responsive, and expert veterinary care. Thank you again for everything!

Percy has recurrent ear problems and he has bi weekly ear washes with the lovely past (Brogan) and present nurses and he bounds in as treats and cuddles are a reward. If this wasn't available he would be one very unhappy boy.

Very good vets. We have been taking our two cats to Medivet Chelmsford for more than 10 years. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, easy to book appointments, and they treat our pets with care. Would recommend.

Have had to have multiple visits to medi vet for my bunny and they have always given good treatment and saved his life on a few occasions. Not all vets provide specialised care for bunnies but these do. Highly recommend.

My appointment didn't start on time but it really doesn't matter. They were so gracious to give me a same day appointment, it was a late appointment and of course its impossible for anyone to foretell what's going to happen throughout the day. I would wait as long as it takes because they are so wonderful in looking after my dog chippy. I have family who also use them and they are consistently caring and thoughtful, thorough and professional.
