I studied and graduated in Turkey in 2021. In my last year of university I worked with my brother who is also a veterinary surgeon in his small animal clinic. During my education I also studied in Germany for 1 year with the Erasmus program. After I graduated, I worked as an emergency veterinarian on night shifts and then I got an opportunity to work in UK as a veterinary surgeon in 2022 and have been practising in UK since. My love of animals started with our childhood border collie, Mico. Now I have 2 cats named Simba and Guccuk, that I took in as strays, even though they're 9, they're still my babies.

I qualified as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in Warsaw, Poland in 2016. I have worked as a locum vet for many years and joined the Brighton practice this year. I have three cats; Polly, Precious and Penelope. I enjoy travelling and painting in my spare time. I hope to specialise in feline medicine in the near future.

I have a keen interest in treating exotic pets and hold a Certificate in Advanced Clinical Practice for Exotic Pets, which I studied in the University of Edinburgh in 2022. In my spare time I like practicing water sports and being outdoors, which is why I love living in Brighton.

I qualified in 2013 after completing my apprenticeship at the practice. From a very young age I knew that I wanted to be a vet nurse, wanting to help and care for animals and their welfare. I feel really lucky to be doing a job that I love. My dog Vinny is a huge part of my life. My favourite thing is curling up with Vinny on the sofa with a film.

I’ve worked at the clinic since 2008. Over the years I have developed different skills. I qualified as an animal nursing assistant in 2013. My passion is animals, I’ve worked with them since I was 13 years old. I enjoy long walks along the seafront, country side, dining out and worldwide cuisines.

I joined Heene Road Vets in February 2000 as a receptionist and have been here ever since apart from a 2 year break. In this time I worked as a support worker which was rewarding but not quite as rewarding as being around the animals, and I did miss the team a lot! I have not regretted coming back to veterinary work and think I will still be here in another 20 years. During lock down I took in a lovely dog for 1 month as his owner was poorly. He is still with me and loves to come to work with me and sit under desks in the office waiting for treats, particularly Vet Eurico's desk! I am about to embark on an a new role from September 24 as Practice Manager for Worthing , Goring By Sea and Brighton branch and I am really looking forward to all the new challenges that await me.

I have recently joined the Medivet Brighton team as a receptionist, having previously work as a receptionist and administrator within hospitals and the health system. I am a massive animal lover, growing up on a farm in small town New Zealand we had many pets from cats and dogs to lambs, calves geckos and magpies.

I began working for Medivet, Brighton, back in October 2024 and have enjoyed working here ever since, alongside our lovely veterinary team. Working in the animal care industry has always been my dream job, and in the future, I hope to progress to a career in veterinary nursing.

We recently adopted our first kitten, and finding a good vet was our top priority. There were some ‘bespoke’ vets in the area which we were definitely tempted by, but prices were an issue for us. We settled on Medivet, and honestly I’m so glad we did. All the staff have been so kind and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. Prices are fair, and everyone has been very helpful and knowledgeable so far. I’d highly recommend Medivet Brighton for new kittens 👍🏼

I can't begin to tell you how incredible the team at Medivet Brighton are. Lennon is my first dog, and my initial interaction with a vet (NOT at Medivet) was really negative. He was really patronising and made me feel like I was doing everything wrong - leaving me in tears after the visit, which in turn has made me feel really anxious about going to the vets. I first came to Medivet Brighton a few years ago (before my dog's first birthday) he decided he wanted to try some hot cross bun for breakfast... The aforementioned vets I was originally registered to were closed, so I was calling all over Brighton to find somewhere that could help. Many places were full and couldn't see him, but Medivet, albeit fully booked, were able to fit him in. They completely put me at ease and helped my dog too. I have been a customer with Medivet Brighton ever since. Although I definitely always feel anxious taking my dog to the vets (from that first experience at another practice) the team make me feel so at ease and are so friendly. Yemisi is so knowledge and trustworthing in her advice and care. And every single member of the wider team: Ayse, brooklyn, Ruby and Mel are so lovely, caring and also willing to really go above and beyond to help. Thank you for all your hard work!
