Our cat "Ollie" had a dental check-up in March and was found to need surgery to remove a fractured tooth. The surgery was carried out the same day by Dr. Jack Conway with Nurse Charlotte and included having all other teeth cleaned/descaled. Ollie also received an X-ray , a blood test, and had his claws clipped. We have had several more follow-up appointments with Dr Jack and more recently with Mrs Ruxandra Mihu. who prescribed appropriate pain killers and antibiotics and gave Ollie a thorough check up. She also gave us advice on how to handle Ollie's after care and recovery. We were very pleased with the treatment and the caring attitude of all the staff and would highly recommend this surgery. Had the visit we all dread and had to have my dog put to sleep. The level of care and compassion shown by all the staff and vet was wonderful and helped make this so much easier to deal with. Would therefore recommend this practice to any pet owners

An appointment was made with ease and we were seen on time. The vet was very gentle with my very nervous cat and discussed the problem in an unrushed manner to determine the possible problem

I highly recommend these Vets. Professional and yet such a friendly team. I am so pleased we have such a brilliant Vets locally. Easy to find, easy to park, well presented, and have done so much for our Bruno. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Had to have our hamster put to sleep and as quickly as possible. Receptionist was very helpful and understanding and they fitted me in straight away even though I wasn't registered with them.
