Since Theo has left I felt that I would change vets however, we have had a few appointments with Greg a d he is brilliant. He explains everything. Listens to what you say. Friendly. No delays. Will be very unhappy if he leaves and will consider changing vets.

All the staff are so lovely and you can tell they love animals. The vets are so gentle and caring with my 3 cats. The customer service of the reception / vetinary nurses/ the vets themselves and the level of care to the animals is what keeps me with medivet in biggleswade! 🐈⬛

Jelly Recently has been neutered bless her and didn't handle it very well but Medivet Bigglewade were absolutely amazing with her and to be honest I was worried sick even though my furbaby was healing and reassured me at all times by phone and I sent emails and they were absolutely AMAZING! I cannot thank this amazing team and receptionists enough xxx love from Jo and Bean Davies xxxx
