You charged me over £60 more for medication advertised extensively online. According to the BBC, group practices charge over 16% more than individual practices. Shouldn’t they be cheaper, given economy of scale. You informed me that you charge £25 for prescriptions which should be £16. I think you blatantly overcharge.

Very happy with the staff and vets here - I felt sorry for the vet as my cat isn't the friendliest in their appointments, and even though Woody scratched the vet, she took it in good stead!
