Awful, tipped the cat box upside down to get the cat out and then incorrectly stated there was nothing wrong with our cats eyes, but if we wanted to we could (at some) expense get a second opinion. We did do this and glad we did as specialist identified that there was indeed a problem with our cats eyes and this was due to a systemic health issue.

I can't say anything about the vets as only went to look around kennels, I will never let my dog stay here, did not look a nice place to let my dog stay here.

We love this surgery, they care for animals big and small, from operating on our tiny hamster to helping us take care of our rescue hound. A calming waiting area with separate spaces for cats and dogs put our dog at ease on his first visit. Medivet offer a great medical subscription package which we'll be signing up for and offer high quality food and toys for pets in store.

I make appointments for my Mums dog and also take him as it is really difficult for her to do so, I've always found everyone helpful, professional and courteous . It helps as I live quite a distance away from Mum so I have to arrange visits to fit in accordingly. Whoever I speak to on reception is always empathetic which is a great help.

Dog went for annual check up and vaccination yesterday. Dog very nervous, reluctant to get out of the car. Edward the vet was amazing - lovely to the dog and so very thorough. Great service, thankyou

Edward and the Medivet team have been absolutely fantastic while my cat have been very poorly. Edward has worked very hard to ensure he has done everything possible for my cat. The dedication of the team is amazing. The surgery is very clean and the staff are kind, caring and respectful during an emotional time!
